In 2018 Trent Cady transitioned from Real Estate Finance to team up with his father on the Real Estate Sales side. Trent has always had a strong passion for real estate and the great city of San Diego. Growing up in San Diego has really given him a unique perspective on what areas would be the right fit for his clients. Trent graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2016 with a Business Marketing Degree and a minor in Real Estate. After college he was the rookie of the year for RWM Home Loans as a Loan Officer and has been a part of thousands of deals from a financing perspective. He adds a very specialized set of talents to the team to make the perfect combo of new school skills to compliment his fathers knowledge and reputation.
