In 2018 Trent Cady transitioned from Real Estate Finance to team up with his father on the Real Estate Sales side. Trent has always had a strong passion for real estate and the great city of San Diego. Growing up in San Diego has really given him a unique perspective on what areas would be the right fit for his clients. Trent graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2016 with a Business Marketing Degree and a minor in Real Estate. After college he was the rookie of the year for RWM Home Loans as a Loan Officer and has been a part of thousands of deals from a financing perspective. He adds a very specialized set of talents to the team to make the perfect combo of new school skills to compliment his fathers knowledge and reputation. His diverse background and strong work ethic make him the perfect fit to take the Mike Cady Realty Group to the highest level.
In 2024 Bryce Cady decided to team up with his father Mike Cady and his brother Trent to help the team grow the property management division. As the business continued to grow Bryce decided to relocate from Newport Beach to San Diego so that he could have a more hands on approach. Bryce graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2019. Bryce brings a construction outlook to the team as he spent time working for contractors after college and learning what it takes to fix up and sell properties. Bryce would like to focus his talents in the property management and sales division and is looking forward to being a part of the family business. Bryce has always admired his father’s strong work ethic and is looking forward to bringing his skill set to the team and helping continue the growth of Mike Cady Realty Group.
