In 2018 he brought his oldest son, Trent Cady, on the team to lead the marketing program as well as to be a buyers agent. Trent graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2016 with a Business Marketing Degree and a minor in Real Estate. After college he was the rookie of the year for RWM Home Loans as a Loan Officer and has been a part of hundreds of deals from a financing perspective. His diverse background and strong work ethic make him the perfect fit to take the Mike Cady Realty Group to the highest level.
Mike has strong ties in San Diego and currently resides in North County with his Wife and 3 sons. He has spent his entire life invested in the North County community, where he loves to give back and help make San Diego a better place!
