Born and raised in San Diego, Bryce Cady brings a lifelong connection to the area and a hands-on approach to real estate. After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2019, Bryce spent time working alongside contractors, gaining firsthand experience in home improvements, renovations, and preparing properties for sale.

After living in Los Angeles and Orange County, Bryce returned to San Diego to join his father, Mike, and brother, Trent, at Mike Cady Realty Group in 2022. With a natural ability to connect with people and a background in sales and construction, real estate was a natural next step.

Today, Bryce works with buyers, sellers, and property owners throughout San Diego, with a focus on North County coastal communities. He is also involved in growing the team’s property management division, helping owners navigate the responsibilities of managing rental properties.

For Bryce, working in real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s an opportunity to build lasting relationships, share his knowledge of the communities he grew up in, and continue the family business alongside his father and brother.
