Born and raised in San Diego, Trent Cady brings a combination of local market knowledge, real estate finance experience, and a lifelong connection to the communities he serves.

Trent graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2016 with a degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Real Estate. He began his career as a loan officer with RWM Home Loans, where he earned Rookie of the Year recognition and gained extensive experience in residential real estate financing. His background in lending gives him a valuable perspective on the financial side of buying and selling a home.

In 2018, Trent transitioned into residential real estate sales, joining his father, Mike Cady, at Mike Cady Realty Group. Today, he works with buyers and sellers throughout San Diego, with a focus on North County coastal communities, including Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, and Rancho Santa Fe.

Having grown up in San Diego, Trent understands the differences between its neighborhoods and the lifestyles they offer. He combines that local knowledge with his financial background to help clients evaluate opportunities, navigate transactions, and make informed real estate decisions.

Working alongside his father and brother, Bryce, Trent continues to build on the family’s longstanding presence in San Diego real estate.
